What belongs on Obelink
The commission model of Obelink names four main categories, and together they cover the assortment: camping, caravanning, outdoors.
What will not pass
The partner terms are strict about condition and origin, and Obelink itself sets which categories are available.
Questions sellers ask about Obelink.
What does selling on Obelink cost?
Two things. A selling account costs €39.95 per month, and Obelink withholds 15% commission on the total selling price including VAT: a 14% base rate plus 1% marketing, the same in every main category. Sell a tent at €400 and €60 goes to Obelink, on top of that monthly €39.95. The e-tailize program sits alongside, from €249 per month.
Who ships the orders on Obelink?
You do. Partners set their own prices and delivery times, send every order themselves with a track and trace code, and take on customer questions and returns. Obelink supplies a digital packing slip that must travel unchanged inside the shipment, and e-tailize pushes those orders into your systems.
What happens to the commission when someone returns an item?
It comes back in full, marketing share included, once you have received the return and agreed to refund the shopper. Nothing is owed at all when a purchase is cancelled inside the 30 day withdrawal window.
Which products are allowed on Obelink?
New products sourced inside the EU. Second hand items and goods from outside the EU are not permitted, and Obelink decides which categories are available. Its commission model names tents and awnings, camping gear and furniture, caravan and camper accessories, sport and outdoor.
Which service levels does Obelink expect?
Hard numbers, straight from the partner terms: at least 98% of shipments on time, seller cancellations under 2%, customer questions under 12%, returns under 8%, a track and trace code on every shipment, and a review score of at least 3.8 out of 5.
When does Obelink pay out?
Shoppers pay Obelink, and Obelink transfers your share three times per calendar month, after the fee. An order that has not reached the customer four working days past the agreed delivery date counts as undelivered, so no payment follows.
Is Obelink worth it for my brand?
That depends on how your range sits next to camping and the outdoors, on what is left after 15% commission, and on whether you hold those service levels. We walk all three in the free exploration call, and our fee follows the new revenue.
Obelink's setup, in plain English.
One e-tailize program covers Obelink and every other channel you run, priced on the marketplace revenue we build together, not per product. Obelink itself charges €39.95 per month plus 15% commission on each sale.
The exploration call and the marketplace scan are both free. The program starts at €249 per month, paid at signing, and the fee follows the new marketplace revenue we create together. Cancel any month.
