The 'service' part – from the map 'The Buy Box' on the right – depends entirely on your Sellers Rating. Your Sellers Rating is determined based on how well you meet's terms of service. The Sellers Rating is a score between 0 and 100 and is recalculated with each order. It looks at shipping time, canceled orders, chargebacks, customer questions, feedback and A-to-Z claims.

Amazon Seller Rating Criteria:

We have written an extensive article about what the Amazon Sellers Rating is and how you can improve it. In short, your seller rating score depends on how well you score on the following aspects:

Shipping time: how far does the actual shipping time differ from the specified shipping time

Canceled orders: any order canceled by customer or seller will result in penalty points

Chargebacks: when a refund is made by the customer via the credit card

Feedback: Consistently bad reviews have a big impact on your Sellers Rating

A-to-Z claims: When a customer has a problem that doesn’t fit into one of the above areas, will investigate itself. They call this an A-to-Z claim
