ePRICE keeps a list of prohibited products, and categories not live yet carry no offers. Every item also needs its EAN and category attributes.

What does selling on ePRICE cost?
A shop costs €29 per month excluding VAT, with the first three months free. Listing is free; you pay a commission per order, published per category and running from 7% to 9.5% of the sale value. Example: €5,000 of monthly sales in a 9.5% category means €475 commission plus the €29 shop fee. e-tailize comes on top: Toolkit from €229 a month, Expansion from €349, Takeover €1,500 plus a revenue share.
Do I need an EAN for every product?
Yes. ePRICE asks for an EAN, a title, a description, a category name and at least one image per product, and some categories add mandatory attributes. In the e-tailize PIM those fields sit in one record, so items pass the catalogue check first time.
Does my content have to be in Italian?
Yes, listings and buyer contact both run in Italian. ePRICE translates the 25 best sellers you nominate, leaving the rest of the range to you. Our software translates and improves the whole catalogue and keeps that version in sync with your source data.
Who ships and who handles returns?
You do. Sellers set their own shipping costs and delivery times and may offer free shipping. Returns run from your back office through the buyer message service. Return costs sit with the buyer only when a withdrawal goes to an Italian address, so a local return address helps.
When do I get paid?
Payments land weekly on your bank account, net of commission. When a shipment carries tracking, revenue is released in the first cycle after delivery. Without tracking you wait 30 days from the moment the order is marked shipped. ePRICE invoices its fees on Mondays.
