Benefits of integrating

Six reasons to pair Greenweez with e-tailize.

We know what this channel looks at

Organic and ecological ranges with proof per category. We read your assortment through that lens and put your brand forward in the terms that count here.

French listings without a translation project

Titles, ingredient lists and attributes are translated and improved on the way in, so your offers read like native French copy.

Labels and claims that hold up

In food and cosmetics the label, the ingredient list and the wording of a claim decide. A PIM keeps those fields complete per category.

No overselling on a second channel

Stock rules run through the same operating layer, so a channel more does not cost you a morning of manual corrections.

The 48 hour clock, without a second inbox

Complaints arrive through Greenweez customer service and refunds run through Mirakl. Orders, tracking and returns stay in one screen.

The same base, 200+ marketplaces

What you prepare here starts the next channel. Expanding becomes a decision instead of a project.

Questions sellers ask about Greenweez.

What does selling on Greenweez cost?

Greenweez earns from a monthly subscription plus a commission on every sale, and gives the amounts on request. Two independent integration sources put the subscription at €29 per month excluding VAT and the commission at 10% to 15% by category. Example: a €40 order at 10% costs €4 in commission, on top of the €29 you owe whatever your volume. The e-tailize program comes separately, from €249 per month.

Do I need an organic or ecological label?

Yes, and which one depends on your universe. Food carries the organic farming label, cosmetics carry Cosmos, Ecocert, Natrue, BDIH or Nature et Progres, textiles carry Oeko Tex and wood carries FSC. Gather the proof before the catalogue work starts.

Who ships the orders and handles returns?

You do. Sellers ship themselves in standard, express or pickup point delivery, the last of those via Chronopost. You set your own shipping strategy, though Greenweez advises €4.90 at most and free shipping from €69. Complaints reach you through Greenweez customer service in the Mirakl messaging tab.

How quickly do I have to answer a customer?

Within 48 business hours. Miss that window and an incident opens automatically, and Greenweez can trigger the refund itself. Service has to be in French. e-tailize keeps orders, tracking and returns in one screen, so nothing sits unseen.

Can I sell on Greenweez from outside France?

The requirements are about your setup, not your postcode: delivery across mainland France, French content, French customer service and the label your category asks for. Whether your brand gets in here, and whether it is worth it, is what the free exploration call is for.

Why through e-tailize instead of arranging it yourself?

You always sell under your own seller account. We know what this channel looks at and put your brand forward in those terms, then the software takes over: catalogue, translation, listing quality, stock and orders. Once it runs, the same base opens 200+ others.
