Before you start
Your invoices do not live inside the e-tailize software. The invoicing and the administration run in a separate system, the customer portal, and you reach it from your account page.
These are the invoices of your own e-tailize subscription. The invoices you send to a marketplace buyer are something else, see Set up invoice forwarding for Mirakl marketplaces.
Steps
- Log in to e-tailize with your usual details.
- Click "Settings" in the left sidebar and then "General information".
- Click "Manage account" at the top right of the "Account management" block. You are taken to the customer portal.
- Select "Billing history" in the portal. It shows your subscription details and any prorated charges.
- Find the invoice you need and click "Download" to save a copy.
What happens next
Download an invoice whenever you need a copy for your own records, and open your billing history when you want to see what has been charged. Keep your account details current so the next invoice is addressed correctly.
The same portal holds your subscription and your payment method, so you land here again for Change your payment details.
Common problems
"Manage account" does not open anything. You see "Access Denied" with "You do not have access to manage payments." when no portal link can be made for the e-mail address you log in with. The dialog asks you to contact the administrator, so ask an administrator on your account to open the portal for you.
You cannot find an invoice. Look under "Billing history" rather than in e-tailize itself: nothing about invoicing is kept in the software.
FAQ
Why is the invoicing a separate system?
Because the administration runs outside the e-tailize software. That is why the button hands you over to the portal instead of showing your invoices in the app.
Can a colleague see the invoices too?
They reach the portal the same way, through "Manage account" on the account page, so they need access to your e-tailize account first, see Add users and manage their roles.
I have a question about an amount
Then take the invoice number with you, see Ask a question about a payment.
