Your ability to get a high score on the 'service' aspect (named in the Buy Box section) depends entirely on your Seller Rating. Your Seller Rating is determined based on how well you meet Fnac terms of service. Below this block you can find some of the conditions Fnac will measure.

The costs & conditions

Fnac charges €39.95 excluding VAT per month in subscription costs. Depending on the product category, the commission varies per product between 6.5 and 15 percent. Fnac has drawn up standard requirements – both commercial and operational – that you as a seller must meet. As a seller, for example, you must adhere to a delivery reliability of 98% and you must also submit a physically enclosed return form for free return.
