Before you start
Obelink is a Dutch company that sells tents, caravans, camping gear, garden furniture and outdoor products, and its marketplace runs across Europe. You apply through the Obelink partner programme, and you need an approved seller account there before you can connect.
Obelink runs on Mirakl, the software behind most retailer marketplaces we connect, so the wizard looks the same as for every other Mirakl marketplace. You need one API key from Obelink.
We connect Obelink for the Netherlands, Germany and France.
Steps
Create the API key in the seller back office of Obelink and copy it in full. Your Store Id sits there as well. Then pick the sales location that matches your shop. That choice also sets the language of your product data, Dutch for "The Netherlands", German for "Germany" and French for "France".
Open "Settings" in the left sidebar and click "Connections".
Click "New connection", or open the marketplace wizard directly.
Pick "Marketplace" in the chooser and click the Obelink logo under "Connect marketplace provider".

The wizard for Obelink: "Fill in required connection tokens" with the fields of Obelink Fill in "Connection name", your own reference for this connection.
Paste the value into "API KEY". The field is masked, so you see dots instead of what you pasted.
Pick the country you sell in under "Where do you offer your products?". The list holds "France", "Germany" and "The Netherlands".
Fill in "Store Id".
Click "Save".
Click "Validation" in the left sidebar, pick the Obelink tile and click "Add missing PIM tabs" on every category you sell there.

The Obelink tab on a product, with the mandatory fields Fill the mandatory Obelink fields on those tabs and click "Validate products". Get a product live walks through that screen step by step.
Click "Listing", pick the Obelink tile, select your validated products and click "List content". Click "List offers" once the content is through.

What happens next
Content and offers travel separately: "List content" sends the product data and "List offers" sends your price and stock, so an offer only goes live once the content of that product is through.
The connection appears on the "API connections" page and as a card under "Existing connections" on the dashboard, and it starts feeding your dashboard, your orders and your stock. Orders from Obelink come in under "Fulfillment" and then "Orders", with the same "Open", "Processing" and "Closed" filters as your other channels.
Common problems
Obelink checks your images. The main image stands on its own on a white background, without a shadow, and no image may carry a logo, branding or a promotional slogan. A product that misses those image rules does not appear on the website of Obelink, and Obelink may take images down that do not fit its values.
Obelink enforces limits on content: a product carries between 2 and 6 images.
