Before you start
INNO is a Belgian department store, and its marketplace is not open to everybody: INNO screens sellers before a catalogue may go online. A check on your company runs first at their payment partner, so have your company details, registration number, VAT number and the documents of your legal representative ready. INNO then mails you a shop creation link that stays active for 48 hours, and your shop itself is built in Mirakl.
INNO runs on Mirakl, the software behind most retailer marketplaces we connect, so the wizard looks the same as for every other Mirakl marketplace. You need one API key from INNO.
We connect INNO for Belgium and France.
Steps
Create the API key in the seller back office of INNO and copy it in full. Your Store Id sits there as well. Then pick the sales location that matches your shop. That choice sets the language of the category names and the default translation language, Dutch for "Belgium (Dutch)" and French for the other two. That does not limit your product data: INNO wants the name and the long description in Dutch and in French on the same product.
Open "Settings" in the left sidebar and click "Connections".
Click "New connection", or open the marketplace wizard directly.
Pick "Marketplace" in the chooser and click the INNO logo under "Connect marketplace provider".

The wizard for INNO: "Fill in required connection tokens" with the fields of INNO Fill in "Connection name", your own reference for this connection.
Paste the value into "API KEY". The field is masked, so you see dots instead of what you pasted.
Pick the country you sell in under "Where do you offer your products?". The list holds "Belgium (Dutch)", "Belgium (French)" and "France".
Fill in "Store Id".
Click "Save".
Click "Validation" in the left sidebar, pick the INNO tile and click "Add missing PIM tabs" on every category you sell there.
Fill the mandatory INNO fields on those tabs and click "Validate products". Get a product live walks through that screen step by step.
Click "Listing", pick the INNO tile, select your validated products and click "List content". Click "List offers" once the content is through.
What happens next
INNO checks the mandatory fields after your data arrives. A product that misses one fails the mandatory field check and stays invisible in the shop. The name and the long description are mandatory in Dutch and in French, so a product with one language only does not appear.
The connection appears on the "API connections" page and as a card under "Existing connections" on the dashboard, and it starts feeding your dashboard, your orders and your stock. Orders from INNO come in under "Fulfillment" and then "Orders", with the same "Open", "Processing" and "Closed" filters as your other channels.
Common problems
INNO checks your content against its own content guideline, and three rules trip products up most often. A name may not repeat the brand, because INNO already prints the brand above it. Sizes go out as European sizes on apparel, swimwear, underwear and shoes. An image that misses the ratio INNO asks for gets cut off at the top and the bottom, so check the image specification in the seller guideline of INNO.
INNO enforces limits on content: a title is at most 56 characters, a description is at most 5000 characters and a product carries between 1 and 6 images.
