Selling on Tesco.
Tesco Marketplace puts your brand inside the weekly shop of millions of UK households. Tesco chooses who appears there, and getting brands through that kind of choice is what e-tailize does.

- Catalogue imported into the PIM
- Barcodes and attributes checked
- Titles and images raised to retail level
- Stock and order routing in sync
- Brand case prepared for the channel
How do you start selling on Tesco Marketplace?
Not through an open door: Tesco decides which sellers appear on its marketplace. That selection is our specialty. We have the contacts, we know what this channel looks for, and we present your brand in those terms. The software then runs catalogue, listing quality, stock and orders from one base. Whether entry is realistic is what the free exploration call answers.

Six reasons to pair Tesco with e-tailize.
Tesco picks its sellers
This is not a shelf you walk onto. Tesco chooses who appears next to its groceries. That is precisely why brands come to us: opening channels that decide for themselves is our work.
Grocery traffic, not marketplace traffic
Shoppers arrive for a weekly food order and leave with a garden bench. Your listing sits inside that habit, not in a search results fight.
Retail level product data or nothing
A grocer is unforgiving: one missing barcode, one thin title, one bad crop. The PIM holds one clean version per product and pushes it out complete.
You ship, so promises must hold
Every parcel leaves your warehouse with your carrier, next to a promise Tesco made. Stock and orders sync continuously, so you never oversell.
Mirakl, which we already speak
Tesco moved onto Mirakl in late 2025. Familiar ground: the same connector logic, catalogue discipline and order flow as our other Mirakl channels.
Same base, 200+ marketplaces
What we prepare for Tesco is ready for the channel after it.

What sells on Tesco Marketplace
Tesco's own seller guide of 29 July 2026 shows where the weight sits: Home Lifestyle is by far the largest group, then Garden & Seasonal, Health & Beauty and Home Electricals, with depth in pet, toys and food.
What we check before anything goes live
Your listing sits next to the grocer's own brand, so every product runs the same checks before it goes live.
Questions sellers ask about Tesco.
What does selling on Tesco Marketplace cost?
Tesco publishes no seller rate card, so no commission or listing figure appears here; we only print numbers we can source. Our side is fixed: the e-tailize program starts at EUR 249 per month and the fee follows new marketplace revenue. Cancel any month.
Can my brand get on, and is it worth it?
Tesco decides which sellers appear on its marketplace, and we do not guarantee entry, nobody honestly can. We bring the route: the contacts and a brand case written in this channel's terms. The free exploration call says whether it is realistic, and the free scan puts numbers under it.
Who delivers a Tesco Marketplace order, and what does it cost?
You deliver. Tesco states that all Marketplace products come directly from its sellers, by post or courier, with the seller's own fulfilment partner. Tesco caps what the shopper pays per seller per delivery: standard three to five working days up to GBP 3, express up to GBP 6, heavy goods up to GBP 20.
How do payment and returns work?
Tesco takes the payment and keeps returns on its own site, so the shopper never leaves the Tesco account. On a change of mind they contact the seller within 30 days; on a fault the promise runs 12 months, no proof needed in the first six.
Which platform is Tesco Marketplace built on?
Mirakl. Tesco moved off its original platform in late 2025, and Mirakl's own 2025 results note lists Tesco among the enterprises that launched that year. Known ground: catalogue, offers, orders and messaging behave like our other Mirakl channels.
Why go through e-tailize instead of arranging it yourself?
Because the hard part is not the connection. It is being chosen, then keeping a grocer happy: complete product data, honest stock, a delivery promise that holds, fast returns. We launched 500+ sellers from one base that also opens your next marketplace.
Tesco's setup, in plain English.
One e-tailize program covers Tesco and every other channel on your list. You pay along with the revenue we build together, and since Tesco publishes no rate card, no marketplace figures sit beside it.
The exploration call and the marketplace scan are both free. The program starts at โฌ249 per month, paid at signing, and the fee follows the new marketplace revenue we create together. Cancel any month.
