Does my product content have to be in Dutch?
Yes. Product information is expected in Dutch and the category attributes exist in Dutch only, even the ones that look irrelevant for your range. Our software translates and improves titles, bullets and attributes on the way in, so no Dutch copywriter is needed on staff.
Who ships the order and who handles the return?
You do. Kruidvat passes the order information to you, and packing, shipping and the tracking mail are yours. Shoppers return up to 28 days after receipt, straight to you rather than to a store, and the refund is due within 14 days of their notice.
How long does the connection take?
