Six reasons to pair KIABI with e-tailize.
One basket for the whole family
Shoppers arrive for kids clothing and leave with womenswear, baby items or something for the home. A broad range suits that behaviour.
We know what this channel looks for
Range, price level, service promise and delivery speed are weighed differently by every operator. We put your brand in the terms Kiabi works with.
French copy that reads like the site
Titles run 10 to 100 characters with no colour or size, and descriptions lead with a catch phrase. Our software writes and translates that on the way in.
Sizes and colours locked in correctly
Colour, size and the model grouping cannot be edited once an item is published. Right the first time saves a rebuild later.
French environmental data travels along
Eco contribution amounts, producer codes and material origin belong to the product record here, and those fields sit in the same catalogue as the rest.
The same base, 200+ marketplaces
Once this channel runs, the next one starts from the catalogue you already prepared. Expanding turns into a decision rather than a project.

What fits KIABI
The site is built around affordable fashion for babies, kids, teens, women and men, widened into home, toys, cosmetics and pet items that complement that range.
What gets checked before an item goes live
Offers stall on the same few things: a missing or invalid EAN, one image only, a title carrying a colour or size, or eco data left empty for the French market.
Questions sellers ask about KIABI.
What does selling on KIABI cost?
There is no setup fee. You pay EUR 39 per month plus a commission of 15% to 20% of the sale price, depending on the category. Example: a jacket sold at EUR 60 in a category at 15% leaves EUR 9 with the marketplace, so five of those sales cover the monthly fee. The e-tailize program sits alongside it, from EUR 249 per month.
Which countries can I sell to through KIABI?
Marketplace orders run in France, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain, from one connection with a sales channel per market. Everything is priced in euros, and product copy is supplied in French, Dutch, English, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish.
Do I need an EAN for every product?
Yes. A valid EAN matches your offer to a product record, and items without one are rejected before they reach the site. In the e-tailize PIM your EANs, attributes, images and translations sit in one place and get checked before export.
Who ships the orders and handles returns?
You do. Orders are expected to leave within three to four days, parcels are booked in size classes from S to XL, and tracking codes go back automatically. Returns travel to your own address, never to a Kiabi store.
What do the listings need in French?
A title of 10 to 100 characters naming the product type, a specificity, the brand and one selling point, without colour or size. The description opens with a catch phrase, then bullets. Images are square, at least 1000 by 1000 px, on a white background.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run on the 1st, 11th and 21st of each month, and an order joins one at least 21 days after its shipment date. Ship on 2 October and the money follows on 1 November. Settlement files land back in e-tailize.
Is KIABI a fit for my brand?
Whether your range belongs here, and whether the numbers work once commission and shipping are priced in, is what the free exploration call is for. We know what this channel looks for, we present your case, and the software runs the rest.
KIABI's setup, in plain English.
One e-tailize program covers this channel and every other one you open, priced on the marketplace revenue we build together rather than per product. Kiabi charges its own monthly fee plus commission.
The exploration call and the marketplace scan are both free. The program starts at €249 per month, paid at signing, and the fee follows the new marketplace revenue we create together. Cancel any month.
