How do delivery and returns work?
You either ship the orders yourself or hand warehousing, packing and delivery to Fulfillment by Pigu. Shoppers choose parcel machines, pickup points or home delivery, and returns travel back free through Posti on the contract number of the shop when reported inside fourteen days.
When does the money reach me?
The platform collects from the shopper and settles twice a month. Orders completed in the first half of a month are paid on the fifth of the next one, the second half on the twentieth. Budget for that rhythm before you buy campaign stock.
