Selling on Cultura.

Cultura is the French home of books, musical instruments, creative hobbies, gaming and stationery, with more than 100 stores behind the website. Cultura selects the sellers that sit beside that range, and we have the contacts and the case that gets brands considered. Then the software runs catalogue, French content, stock and orders.

The short answer

How do you start selling on Cultura?

Cultura sells culture, creative hobbies and leisure to French shoppers, and runs its marketplace on Mirakl. You do not place yourself here. Cultura selects which sellers sit beside the range its own stores carry, then holds them to hard standards: a company and warehouse inside the EU, an EAN per product, French listings, prices in EUR and dispatch inside 48 hours. Getting brands through that choice is exactly what e-tailize is for, and the free call tells you where you stand.

Benefits of integrating

Six reasons to pair Cultura with e-tailize.

Shoppers who came to make something

A retailer built since 1998 around reading, playing, drawing and making. People arrive with a project in mind, not a price comparison tab.

Cultura selects, and we know what it weighs

Someone there decides who belongs beside the shelves of over 100 stores. We have the contacts, we know what this retail weighs first, and we present your brand in those terms.

French listings built to a strict spec

Titles cap at 100 characters, name then brand. Descriptions may not talk price, stock or returns, nor link out. We write to that spec rather than learn it through rejections.

One catalogue, every attribute filled

Your products land in one base, get EAN, brand, VAT class and images validated, and go out clean.

Built for a 48 hour clock

Accept inside 48 hours, deliver in five days, answer buyers inside 48 hours. Automatic routing and stock rules hold that rhythm as volume climbs.

Used stock is welcome here

Most French channels tolerate used goods. This one sells more used than new, so overstock and second hand inventory finally have a home.

How to pair

Good to know

Questions sellers ask about Cultura.

What does selling on Cultura cost?

The subscription is EUR 39.99 a month excluding VAT, with no setup fee. On top comes a commission set in your contract, varying by category and charged on the sale with shipping excluded. No rate card is published, so get your percentages on paper first.

Who is allowed to sell there?

Companies registered inside the EU, storing stock in an EU warehouse and shipping to mainland France and Corsica. You own the goods, set your own prices and shipping costs, and payouts land three times a month.

Do I need EAN codes and French listings?

Yes to both. Every product carries a valid EAN, and the title is French, capped at 100 characters, name then brand. Descriptions may not mention price, stock, condition, warranty or returns, and never link out.

Does Cultura store and ship my stock?

No. You hold the inventory and ship from your own EU warehouse. Home delivery has to be offered, pickup points and express are optional. e-tailize connects to your fulfilment software so routing and stock stay in one view.

Can I sell used or refurbished stock?

Yes, and that is unusual in France. More than half of everything sold through this marketplace is used, so books, games, instruments and consoles with a second life are the main event here.

Will my brand get onto Cultura?

Cultura decides that, and we do not guarantee entry. We build the case, present your brand in the terms this retailer weighs, and say straight in the free exploration call and the free scan where your range lands. Our fee follows the new revenue.

Costs & conditions

Cultura's setup, in plain English.
