Animalis publishes no rate card for partner sellers, so no commission percentage or monthly figure can honestly be quoted, and we will not invent one. The terms sit in the agreement you sign. Ask for the commission, any fixed contribution and the payout rhythm in writing, and budget shipping and returns.
Can I sign up as a seller on Animalis?
Not through a public form. Terms and route are set in a separate agreement between Animalis and the seller, so the way in runs through a conversation. Animalis decides. With Expansion we prepare the case for your brand, and we connect the account once it is signed.
Who ships the orders sold on Animalis?
You do. Partner sellers dispatch with the carriers they choose, and deliveries run to mainland France, Corsica excluded. Animalis serves its own range from warehouse and stores, so your delivery promise stays in your hands.
How do returns work for partner sellers?
Buyers get at least fourteen days, and a seller may grant longer. Goods come back in original packaging and resalable, and the buyer pays return shipping up to a ceiling the seller sets. Accessories return more than food.
Can I sell outside France through Animalis?
No. The marketplace terms limit partner deliveries to mainland France, excluding Corsica and places no road reaches. The rest of Europe means adding channels, and the same catalogue feeds the 200+ marketplaces and integrations we support.
What product data does Animalis need?
There is no public specification, so the required attribute set comes with the agreement. A pet catalogue in practice needs species, target animal, weight or volume, care details, ingredients where relevant and clean imagery, structured once and kept correct after.
