You do, on both counts. Merchants hold their own stock and ship directly, so shipping costs are set per seller and calculated at checkout. Returns run at least the statutory fourteen days, longer if you choose.

Buyers pay with PayPal, credit or debit card, or Klarna as Pay Now, invoice or instalments. Payouts run through Mirakl Payout, which also carries the identity checks, so budget time for that paperwork before the first payout lands.
