Before you start
Worten is the Portuguese retail marketplace for electronics, home appliances, computers, smartphones and gaming. Worten decides itself who may sell there, so an approved seller account comes first. Two things come out of the Worten back office before you can connect: an API key and your Store Id. One connection covers both Portugal and Spain.
Worten runs on Mirakl, the software behind most retailer marketplaces we connect, so the wizard looks the same as for every other Mirakl marketplace. You need one API key from Worten.
We connect Worten for Portugal and Spain.
Steps
The API key and the Store Id live in the Mirakl back office of Worten, not in e-tailize. Copy the key in full, because a key that was copied halfway saves and then moves nothing.
Open "Settings" in the left sidebar and click "Connections".
Click "New connection", or open the marketplace wizard directly.
Pick "Marketplace" in the chooser and click the Worten logo under "Connect marketplace provider".

Paste the value into "API KEY". The field is masked, so you see dots instead of what you pasted.
Pick the country you sell in under "Where do you offer your products?". The list holds "Portugal" and "Spain".
Fill in "Store Id".
Click "Save".
Click "Validation" in the left sidebar, pick the Worten tile and click "Add missing PIM tabs" on every category you sell there.
Fill the mandatory Worten fields on those tabs and click "Validate products". Get a product live walks through that screen step by step.
Click "Listing", pick the Worten tile, select your validated products and click "List content". Click "List offers" once the content is through.
What happens next
Content and offers travel separately. "List content" sends the product data, and after that "List offers" sends price and stock; the offer comes online once Worten accepts it. When you build the PIM tab version for this connection, e-tailize preselects the language of your sales location, Portuguese for Portugal and Spanish for Spain.
The connection appears on the "API connections" page and as a card under "Existing connections" on the dashboard, and it starts feeding your dashboard, your orders and your stock. Orders from Worten come in under "Fulfillment" and then "Orders", with the same "Open", "Processing" and "Closed" filters as your other channels.
Common problems
An empty form comes back with "Connection name is required", "Secret or Api key is a required field", "Sales location is a required field" and "Store Id is a required field". A key that was regenerated in the back office afterwards gives a connection that saves and then moves nothing. Create a fresh key and save the connection again.
