Before you start
vtwonen is a marketplace for home and interior, furniture and home accessories, and it sells to the Netherlands and Belgium. You cannot sign yourself up: vtwonen decides who sells there, so get your seller account approved first. The API key and the Store Id both come from the vtwonen back office on Mirakl. One connection carries one sales location.
vtwonen runs on Mirakl, the software behind most retailer marketplaces we connect, so the wizard looks the same as for every other Mirakl marketplace. You need one API key from vtwonen.
We connect vtwonen for the Netherlands and Belgium.
Steps
Copy the API key and the Store Id exactly as the vtwonen back office shows them, without a space in front or behind, and pick the sales location your store sells in.
Open "Settings" in the left sidebar and click "Connections".
Click "New connection", or open the marketplace wizard directly.
Pick "Marketplace" in the chooser and click the vtwonen logo under "Connect marketplace provider".

Paste the value into "API KEY". The field is masked, so you see dots instead of what you pasted.
Pick the country you sell in under "Where do you offer your products?". The list holds "Belgium (Dutch)", "Belgium (French)" and "The Netherlands".
Fill in "Store Id".
Click "Save".
Click "Validation" in the left sidebar, pick the vtwonen tile and click "Add missing PIM tabs" on every category you sell there.
Fill the mandatory vtwonen fields on those tabs and click "Validate products". Get a product live walks through that screen step by step.
Click "Listing", pick the vtwonen tile, select your validated products and click "List content". Click "List offers" once the content is through.
What happens next
vtwonen runs on Mirakl, so your product and your offer travel separately: the product carries the EAN, the title, the brand, the images and the attributes of its category, the offer carries your own SKU, price, condition and stock. Mirakl reports back per row, so one product can go through while the next one names the field that stopped it.
The connection appears on the "API connections" page and as a card under "Existing connections" on the dashboard, and it starts feeding your dashboard, your orders and your stock. Orders from vtwonen come in under "Fulfillment" and then "Orders", with the same "Open", "Processing" and "Closed" filters as your other channels.
Common problems
Which fields the category makes mandatory stand on the marketplace tab in e-tailize, so read the message Mirakl returns on the row that failed, fill the field it names and list again. If the message names a field your tab does not hold yet, click "Refresh category" on that category's card first.
