Before you start

Stadium is a Swedish marketplace for sport, with categories from clothing, shoes and equipment to outdoor, fitness, team sport and winter sport. You need an approved seller account on Stadium before you can connect, so apply there first and wait for that approval. We connect the channel for Sweden and Finland.

Stadium runs on Mirakl, the software behind most retailer marketplaces we connect, so the wizard looks the same as for every other Mirakl marketplace. You need one API key from Stadium.

We connect Stadium for Finland and Sweden.

Steps

Create the API key in the seller back office of Stadium and copy it in full. Your Store Id sits in the same seller account. We never see the key again after you save it, and we never ask for it in the chat.

  1. Open "Settings" in the left sidebar and click "Connections".

  2. Click "New connection", or open the marketplace wizard directly.

  3. Pick "Marketplace" in the chooser and click the Stadium logo under "Connect marketplace provider".

  4. Fill in "Connection name", your own reference for this connection.

  5. Paste the value into "API KEY". The field is masked, so you see dots instead of what you pasted.

  6. Pick the country you sell in under "Where do you offer your products?". The list holds "Finland" and "Sweden".

  7. Fill in "Store Id".

  8. Click "Save".

  9. Click "Validation" in the left sidebar, pick the Stadium tile and click "Add missing PIM tabs" on every category you sell there.

  10. Fill the mandatory Stadium fields on those tabs and click "Validate products". Get a product live walks through that screen step by step.

  11. Click "Listing", pick the Stadium tile, select your validated products and click "List content". Click "List offers" once the content is through.

What happens next

Stadium carries its own carrier list, so the carrier you send with a shipment comes from that list: Bring, Budbee, Instabox, Posti and PostNord sit in it next to DHL, DPD, GLS, FedEx and TNT.

The connection appears on the "API connections" page and as a card under "Existing connections" on the dashboard, and it starts feeding your dashboard, your orders and your stock. Orders from Stadium come in under "Fulfillment" and then "Orders", with the same "Open", "Processing" and "Closed" filters as your other channels.

Common problems

A key that was copied halfway, or regenerated in the back office afterwards, saves and then moves nothing: create a fresh key and save again. A Mirakl connection maps at most nine images per product.
