Before you start

PC Componentes is a Spanish marketplace for computers, components, gaming and consumer electronics, founded in 2005 and one of the larger ecommerce platforms in Spain. You need an approved seller account before you can connect, and PC Componentes decides who gets in, so apply first and wait for that approval. We connect the channel for Spain and Portugal.

PC Componentes runs on Mirakl, the software behind most retailer marketplaces we connect, so the wizard looks the same as for every other Mirakl marketplace. You need one API key from PC Componentes.

We connect PC Componentes for Spain and Portugal.

Steps

The tile in the grid is labelled "PCComponentes". Create the API key in the Mirakl back office of PC Componentes and copy it in full. Your Store Id sits in that same seller account. All four fields are required. The country list holds "Spain" and "Portugal", and one connection covers one country, so pick the storefront your seller account belongs to.

  1. Open "Settings" in the left sidebar and click "Connections".

  2. Click "New connection", or open the marketplace wizard directly.

  3. Pick "Marketplace" in the chooser and click the PC Componentes logo under "Connect marketplace provider".

  4. Fill in "Connection name", your own reference for this connection.

  5. Paste the value into "API KEY". The field is masked, so you see dots instead of what you pasted.

  6. Pick the country you sell in under "Where do you offer your products?". The list holds "Spain" and "Portugal".

  7. Fill in "Store Id".

  8. Click "Save".

  9. Click "Validation" in the left sidebar, pick the PC Componentes tile and click "Add missing PIM tabs" on every category you sell there.

  10. Fill the mandatory PC Componentes fields on those tabs and click "Validate products". Get a product live walks through that screen step by step.

  11. Click "Listing", pick the PC Componentes tile, select your validated products and click "List content". Click "List offers" once the content is through.

What happens next

The connection appears on the "API connections" page and as a card under "Existing connections" on the dashboard, and it starts feeding your dashboard, your orders and your stock. Orders from PC Componentes come in under "Fulfillment" and then "Orders", with the same "Open", "Processing" and "Closed" filters as your other channels.

Common problems

Every field on this form is required, so a save with one of them still empty is refused. A connection that saves and then moves nothing usually means a key copied halfway, or a key regenerated in the back office afterwards. Create a fresh key and save the connection again. A Mirakl connection maps at most nine images per product.
