Before you start
Kleertjes.com is the Benelux webshop for branded baby and kids clothing, shoes, toys and baby care. Other shops sell there through its partner platform Kleertjes & Co, which admits sellers one by one: you register and sign a cooperation agreement first, and there is no open form that lets you in. Every article needs its own barcode.
Kleertjes.com runs on Mirakl, the software behind most retailer marketplaces we connect, so the wizard looks the same as for every other Mirakl marketplace. You need one API key from Kleertjes.com.
We connect Kleertjes.com for the Netherlands.
Steps
In the logo grid the tile reads "Kleertjes". Create the API key in the seller back office of Kleertjes.com and copy it in full. Your store id sits there as well, in the settings or on the main page of your seller account.
Open "Settings" in the left sidebar and click "Connections".
Click "New connection", or open the marketplace wizard directly.
Pick "Marketplace" in the chooser and click the Kleertjes.com logo under "Connect marketplace provider".

Paste the value into "API KEY". The field is masked, so you see dots instead of what you pasted.
Pick the country you sell in under "Where do you offer your products?". The list holds "The Netherlands".
Fill in "Store Id".
Click "Save".
Click "Validation" in the left sidebar, pick the Kleertjes.com tile and click "Add missing PIM tabs" on every category you sell there.
Fill the mandatory Kleertjes.com fields on those tabs and click "Validate products". Get a product live walks through that screen step by step.
Click "Listing", pick the Kleertjes.com tile, select your validated products and click "List content". Click "List offers" once the content is through.
What happens next
Content and offers travel separately. The content puts your article in the catalogue of Kleertjes.com, and your offer attaches to that entry afterwards. A refusal comes back in the listing screen with the barcode, the field and the value that was wrong, so you can trace it to one product and one field.
The connection appears on the "API connections" page and as a card under "Existing connections" on the dashboard, and it starts feeding your dashboard, your orders and your stock. Orders from Kleertjes.com come in under "Fulfillment" and then "Orders", with the same "Open", "Processing" and "Closed" filters as your other channels.
Common problems
A key that was copied halfway, or one that was regenerated in the back office afterwards, gives a connection that saves and then moves nothing. Create a fresh key and save the connection again. A Mirakl platform also scores how complete your product data is, and an article that scores too low can be taken offline.
