Before you start
You need an approved Jardiland seller account before you can connect. The two values the wizard asks for live in the Mirakl back office of Jardiland itself, not in e-tailize. We never see your API key again once you save it, and we never ask for it in the chat.
Jardiland runs on Mirakl, the software behind most retailer marketplaces we connect, so the wizard looks the same as for every other Mirakl marketplace. You need one API key from Jardiland.
We connect Jardiland for France and Spain.
Steps
Create the API key in the Mirakl back office of Jardiland and copy it in full. Your Store Id sits in the settings or on the main page of your seller account there. France and Spain use the same tile, so the dropdown is what tells them apart.
Open "Settings" in the left sidebar and click "Connections".
Click "New connection", or open the marketplace wizard directly.
Pick "Marketplace" in the chooser and click the Jardiland logo under "Connect marketplace provider".
The wizard for Jardiland: "Fill in required connection tokens" with the fields of Jardiland Fill in "Connection name", your own reference for this connection.
Paste the value into "API KEY". The field is masked, so you see dots instead of what you pasted.
Pick the country you sell in under "Where do you offer your products?". The list holds "France" and "Spain".
Fill in "Store Id".
Click "Save".
Click "Validation" in the left sidebar, pick the Jardiland tile and click "Add missing PIM tabs" on every category you sell there.
Fill the mandatory Jardiland fields on those tabs and click "Validate products". Get a product live walks through that screen step by step.
Click "Listing", pick the Jardiland tile, select your validated products and click "List content". Click "List offers" once the content is through.
What happens next
Content goes first and offers follow. While Jardiland is still processing your content there is nothing for an offer to attach to, so a new product needs both pushes in that order. The product is buyable once both are through and its "Status" column reads "Listed".
The connection appears on the "API connections" page and as a card under "Existing connections" on the dashboard, and it starts feeding your dashboard, your orders and your stock. Orders from Jardiland come in under "Fulfillment" and then "Orders", with the same "Open", "Processing" and "Closed" filters as your other channels.
Common problems
An empty form comes back with four messages: "Connection name is required", "Secret or Api key is a required field", "Sales location is a required field" and "Store Id is a required field". A key that was regenerated in the Jardiland back office afterwards gives a connection that saves and then moves nothing: create a fresh key and save the connection again.
