Before you start
AUTODOC is a European marketplace for auto parts. You need an approved AUTODOC seller account before you connect, with an API key created in its own seller back office and the Store Id of that same account. AUTODOC decides who gets in, so apply there first.
AUTODOC runs on Mirakl, the software behind most retailer marketplaces we connect, so the wizard looks the same as for every other Mirakl marketplace. You need one API key from AUTODOC.
We connect AUTODOC for France, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Steps
Create the API key in the AUTODOC seller back office and copy it in full. Your Store Id sits there as well, in the settings or on the main page of that seller account. The country list holds Belgium twice, "Belgium (Dutch)" and "Belgium (French)", and that choice sets the content language of the connection, Dutch or French. All four fields are required, and one connection covers one sales location.
Open "Settings" in the left sidebar and click "Connections".
Click "New connection", or open the marketplace wizard directly.
Pick "Marketplace" in the chooser and click the AUTODOC logo under "Connect marketplace provider".

Paste the value into "API KEY". The field is masked, so you see dots instead of what you pasted.
Pick the country you sell in under "Where do you offer your products?". The list holds "Belgium (Dutch)", "Belgium (French)", "France", "Germany" and "The Netherlands".
Fill in "Store Id".
Click "Save".
Click "Validation" in the left sidebar, pick the AUTODOC tile and click "Add missing PIM tabs" on every category you sell there.
Fill the mandatory AUTODOC fields on those tabs and click "Validate products". Get a product live walks through that screen step by step.
Click "Listing", pick the AUTODOC tile, select your validated products and click "List content". Click "List offers" once the content is through.
What happens next
Mirakl platforms score how complete your product data is, and a product with a low score is blocked or not shown, so fill in the optional attributes as well.
The connection appears on the "API connections" page and as a card under "Existing connections" on the dashboard, and it starts feeding your dashboard, your orders and your stock. Orders from AUTODOC come in under "Fulfillment" and then "Orders", with the same "Open", "Processing" and "Closed" filters as your other channels.
Common problems
A connection that saves and then moves nothing usually has a wrong or revoked API key, a wrong Store Id, or a country that does not match your seller account. A key copied halfway, or regenerated in the back office afterwards, does exactly that. A connection on Mirakl maps at most nine images per product.
