Before you start
Alltricks is a French sports marketplace for cycling, running, triathlon and outdoor gear, trading since 2008 and part of Decathlon since 2019. Alltricks picks its sellers: you need a company listed in the companies register, a professional range in those sports, your own B2C delivery and customer service, and you accept their quality charter. Apply first, get approved, then connect.
Alltricks runs on Mirakl, the software behind most retailer marketplaces we connect, so the wizard looks the same as for every other Mirakl marketplace. You need one API key from Alltricks.
We connect Alltricks for Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, France and Portugal.
Steps
Create the API key in the Mirakl back office of Alltricks once your seller account is approved and copy it in full. The store id sits in that same seller account. The option you pick under "Where do you offer your products?" sets the language of your listing content, French for "France" and Dutch for "The Netherlands".
Open "Settings" in the left sidebar and click "Connections".
Click "New connection", or open the marketplace wizard directly.
Pick "Marketplace" in the chooser and click the Alltricks logo under "Connect marketplace provider".

Paste the value into "API KEY". The field is masked, so you see dots instead of what you pasted.
Pick the country you sell in under "Where do you offer your products?". The list holds "Italy", "Germany", "The Netherlands", "Spain", "France" and "Portugal".
Fill in "Store Id".
Click "Save".
Click "Validation" in the left sidebar, pick the Alltricks tile and click "Add missing PIM tabs" on every category you sell there.
Fill the mandatory Alltricks fields on those tabs and click "Validate products". Get a product live walks through that screen step by step.
Click "Listing", pick the Alltricks tile, select your validated products and click "List content". Click "List offers" once the content is through.
What happens next
Alltricks holds the money of the buyer in an escrow account and releases it once you confirm the shipment, so you invoice and ship the buyer yourself, or you hand your stock to the warehouse of Alltricks. Parcels from partner sellers go to a home or a work address only. Returns, warranty and buyer questions stay with you.
The connection appears on the "API connections" page and as a card under "Existing connections" on the dashboard, and it starts feeding your dashboard, your orders and your stock. Orders from Alltricks come in under "Fulfillment" and then "Orders", with the same "Open", "Processing" and "Closed" filters as your other channels.
Common problems
A refusal here is almost always the product data: a missing or invalid EAN, empty technical attributes, a description that is not precise, or a visual that is not on a white background. Alltricks also checks whether your range and your service match its quality charter.
