Before you start
With the Toolkit you pay month by month and you can cancel any month. You can also prepay: pay 12 months upfront and get 14. Months 13 and 14 are free. The conditions are in your quote, and where this article and your quote differ, your quote wins.

Steps
- Tell us you want to prepay, before your onboarding call or in it.
- Pay the 12 months through the payment link, by card or SEPA direct debit.
- Your 14 months start at that payment.
What happens next
The band you prepaid is your minimum for those 14 months. If your revenue moves up a band, the next invoice charges only the difference between the two band fees; revenue above the top band adds its share as usual. A quieter month never lowers what you prepaid.
After the 14 months, your subscription continues month by month, unless you prepay again.
Common problems
You want to stop during the prepaid period. You can cancel, but the 14 prepaid months are not refunded.
A price change is announced. A prepaid period keeps its price.
Your band went up. You pay only the difference to the higher band, on the next invoice, for the months your revenue is in it. See See which Toolkit band you pay.

Is the prepay refundable?
No. The 14 prepaid months are not refunded, also when you cancel.
Can I prepay again?
Yes. After the 14 months you continue month by month, or you prepay again.
