Before you start
Your Toolkit price follows your revenue band, not the number of marketplace connections: every connection is included. The bands, on your combined revenue on all connected marketplaces in a month:
- Start: up to €25,000 revenue, €229 a month
- Growth: up to €100,000 revenue, €449 a month
- Scale: up to €250,000 revenue, €899 a month
- Above €250,000: the Scale fee plus 0.15% of the revenue above €250,000
Prices exclude VAT. Your quote holds the amounts that apply to you, and where this article and your quote differ, your quote wins.
Steps
- Take your revenue of one calendar month on all marketplaces connected to e-tailize, as each marketplace reports it.
- Leave out the VAT.
- Take off the returns and refunds of the month before: the returns of a month come off the next month. A month never counts below zero.
- Find the band that revenue falls in. That band sets your next invoice.
What happens next
Your band moves with your revenue, up or down, and never in the middle of a month. Your first invoice uses the band that matches your revenue at signing.
From the first 1 January after signing, the band fees follow the Dutch consumer price index, capped at 5% a year. The revenue bands and the 0.15% do not move.
Common problems
Your band went up after a strong month. Each month's revenue sets the band of the next invoice, so one strong month sets a higher band, and a quieter month sets it back.
You expected a price per connection. Connections are not counted: all 200+ integrations are in every band. The optional invoice feature is the one exception: it is priced per invoicing connection, and only when you turn it on.

FAQ
Does revenue from my own webshop count?
No. Only your revenue on the marketplaces connected to e-tailize counts.
Can my band change in the middle of a month?
No. Each month's revenue sets the band of the next invoice.
