Connect WooCommerce.

WooCommerce is the open source shop plugin for WordPress and stays the system you run every day. e-tailize reads it over one REST API key, takes that catalogue out to 200+ marketplaces and brings the orders back.

The short answer

How do you connect WooCommerce to marketplaces?

In your own store you open Settings, then Advanced, then REST API, and add a key with read and write permission. Paste the store address, the key and the secret into e-tailize and the link is live in minutes. e-tailize then reads your products, variations, stock and prices, completes what each marketplace demands, and routes the orders back into one overview.

Benefits of integrating

Six reasons to pair WooCommerce with e-tailize.

One catalogue, 200+ outlets

What already sits in your store is the base for every connected channel. You prepare a product once, not once per marketplace.

Your store stays the system you know

You keep editing products where you always did. e-tailize reads WooCommerce and does the channel work outside it.

No selling what you no longer have

Stock comes in per variation, so a sale in one place lowers what the next place may promise.

Every channel in one order list

Marketplace orders land in one overview with status and tracking, so your team works from a single list.

Channel rules stay out of your shop

Marketplace titles, mandatory attributes and translations are built in e-tailize. Your product pages keep the wording you chose.

The next channel is a choice, not a project

Once the store is connected, adding a marketplace is a decision about where to sell, not a new integration to build.

What stays inside WooCommerce

The shop itself stays untouched. e-tailize takes the product and order layer outward and leaves the rest of your WordPress site alone.

Questions sellers ask about WooCommerce.

What does WooCommerce cost, and what does e-tailize cost?

The software is free: WooCommerce publishes a zero platform fee and a zero revenue share. You pay hosting, 25 to 350 dollars a month for most stores, and 29 to 299 dollars a year per paid extension; WooPayments takes about 2.50 to 2.90 percent plus 30 cents per transaction. e-tailize comes on top from EUR 249 per month, priced on the new marketplace revenue we build together. The exploration call is free.

What do I need before I can connect my store?

WooCommerce 3.5 or higher, WordPress 4.4 or higher, pretty permalinks on, and a REST API key with read and write permission. Default permalinks do not work with the API. Copy the consumer secret straight away, because your store shows it once. Nothing else changes: no new theme, no migration, no plugin to buy.

What syncs, and in which direction?

Outward: products, variations, categories, attributes, stock and prices are read out of WooCommerce and become the catalogue e-tailize publishes to your channels. Inward: orders come back into one overview with status and tracking. Your store stays where you edit a product.

How quickly does stock update across the channels?

The link is event driven. WooCommerce fires a webhook the moment a product or an order is created, updated, deleted or restored, so e-tailize acts on it rather than waiting for a nightly export. That is the difference with a file per marketplace: right once, stale by lunchtime.

Do product variations sync as well?

Yes. WooCommerce holds sku, regular_price, sale_price, stock_quantity and stock_status on the variation itself, so a size or a colour has its own price and availability. e-tailize keeps that structure rather than flattening your range into one line per product.

Do I have to move away from WooCommerce?

No, and that is the point. You keep the shop, the theme, the checkout and the plugins you run today. e-tailize is the layer beside it for marketplace listings, stock and orders, so channel rules never land inside your product pages.

Costs & conditions

WooCommerce's setup, in plain English.

WooCommerce charges no platform fee and no revenue share, so your cost there is hosting and the extensions you pick. e-tailize is the layer to the marketplaces, from EUR 249 per month, priced on the new revenue we build together, not on your product count.

The exploration call and the marketplace scan are both free. The program starts at €249 per month, paid at signing, and the fee follows the new marketplace revenue we create together. Cancel any month.
