Who ships the order and who handles returns?
You do, both. There is no marketplace warehouse: partner sellers dispatch from a warehouse in the European Union within 72 hours. Buyers get at least 14 days to withdraw and exercise that right with you, not with Printemps, which never takes back partner items. Payout follows delivery.
What product data does Printemps need?
The channel runs on Mirakl. Composition is mandatory, written as 50% wool ; 50% cotton, a size grid is always set, and variants cover size and colour with the parent product kept out of the feed. Clothing needs 4 images, shoes 3, around 2338 by 3200 pixels.
