Modivo runs its marketplace on modivo.pl through the Mirakl panel. Every size variant needs its own EAN and SKU, photography follows studio rules, InPost lockers are compulsory, and settlement lands twice a month. What does selling on Modivo cost?
Two charges. A subscription that Modivo puts at 150 PLN net per month in its own programme terms, plus a commission percentage. That percentage applies to the gross order value including delivery, so goods of 90 PLN plus 10 PLN of postage are charged over the full 100 PLN, with 23% VAT on top and the result rounded up. Modivo does not publish the rate. The e-tailize programme sits separately, from EUR 249 per month.
When does Modivo pay out?
Settlement runs in two periods a month, the 1st to the 15th and the 16th to the last day. Within five days of a closing period you get an invoice with VAT, and the payout follows five days later, commission and subscription already deducted.
Does every item need an EAN?
Yes, and deeper than one code per product. Every size variant needs a unique EAN and SKU, offers attach by EAN or shop SKU only, and editing a size after launch breaks the offer sync. A new card clears catalogue approval in about 48 business hours.
How do delivery, returns and customer contact work?
You ship yourself, and delivery to InPost parcel lockers is compulsory, with courier through DPD, DHL or InPost alongside it. Above 149 PLN delivery is free. Status and tracking belong in the panel within 48 business hours, returns are free and confirmed within 48 hours, and Modivo answers the buyer, not you.
What performance does Modivo expect?
Five metrics over the last 30 days: order acceptance at 95% or higher, incidents under 10%, late shipments under 3%, and both average acceptance time and average response time within 24 hours. Slipping below shows in your visibility before your revenue, so we watch them from the dashboard.
