Products must be new and unused, priced with VAT and every extra charge included, and complete on the legally required information.
Questions sellers ask about Worten.
What does selling on Worten cost?
Two charges sit on the marketplace side. Worten takes a commission per order, calculated over the total the customer pays including shipping, at a rate that differs per category. On top of that comes a monthly subscription, from six months after activation. Neither figure is published openly: both sit inside the seller platform. The e-tailize program comes separately, from EUR 249 per month.
Who ships the orders on Worten?
You do, from your own warehouse or through your logistics partner. Worten does not step into the delivery, except for Click & Collect, where a store acts as pickup point for mainland Portugal and Madeira, up to 30 kg. Every parcel carries a tracking ID and its delivery slip.
When does Worten pay out?
In two cycles per month, every 15 days, by bank transfer, minus commission, subscription and VAT. An order enters a payout once the customer confirms receipt, or 21 days after dispatch if nobody does. An open incident holds it until resolved, or 45 days.
What service levels does Worten expect from sellers?
Orders accepted within 24 hours on average, shipped within 2 calendar days plus your own lead time, at least 95% of orders accepted and deadlines met, no more than 5% with an incident, messages answered within 48 hours and an average rating of at least 4 stars. e-tailize keeps stock, orders and tracking flowing so that stays reachable.
Do my listings need Portuguese content?
Yes. Everything a customer reads on worten.pt belongs in Portuguese, and on worten.es in Spanish: listings, labelling, warranty information, manuals and messages. Our software translates and improves your content on the way in, so nobody rewrites the catalogue twice by hand.
Why go through e-tailize?
You always sell through your own seller account. We know what this channel looks for and prepare your case, selling rights and product data around it. After that the software runs catalogue, translation, stock and orders from one place, ready for 200+ marketplaces.
