Before you start
Information is free. With the Toolkit you get the list of marketplaces that fit your brand, and each marketplace on that list links to its integration page on our website. The work is yours: in the Toolkit you apply, connect and list yourself, with our software.
Every marketplace takes new sellers through one of three doors:
- Open. Sign up yourself. Rather not? Expansion does it for you.
- By application. Apply yourself, they review. Stuck? Expansion does it for you.
- By invitation. For sellers outside the Netherlands and Belgium, bol works by invitation: via a partner like e-tailize.
Each marketplace decides who it admits. Nobody can promise you a place, we cannot either.
Steps
- Start from your list of marketplaces that fit. We give it to you for free.
- Open the integration page of a marketplace on the list and read what it asks of new sellers.
- Apply on the marketplace's own seller page, with your company details. The marketplace reviews and decides.
- Once you are in, connect the marketplace in e-tailize: open "Settings" in the left sidebar, click "Connections" and then "New connection". The "Sell on" article of that marketplace walks you through its wizard.
- Validate and list your products, as Get a product live shows step by step.
What happens next
The connection starts to sync your products, stock and orders. Your first marketplace connected and syncing within 10 working days after your input is complete, or your next month is free: that is the Up and Running Guarantee.
Common problems
A marketplace turns you down. Each marketplace decides on admission, and some only take brands with a certain range or sales history. Try another marketplace on your list, or apply again later.
You want help with an application. Help with applying is not part of the Toolkit. In Expansion we prepare and submit your applications: we do the hard part, you sell.

Is the list of marketplaces really free?
Yes. The list and the integration pages are free. The work is paid: the software in the Toolkit, the applications in Expansion.
Does e-tailize apply for me in the Toolkit?
No. In the Toolkit you apply yourself. Rather not? Expansion does it for you.
