Before you start
The Quick Result Guarantee comes with the Takeover. In one line: €10,000 in new revenue in your first 6 months, or we work the next 3 without our fixed fee. Or you walk away after month 6. The conditions are in your quote and its Program Terms; where this article differs, those win. Quotes signed on Program Terms up to and including v13.8 call this same guarantee the Slow Start Guarantee.
New revenue is the revenue on the marketplace accounts we run for you, per calendar month as the marketplace reports it: excluding VAT, after returns, which come off the next month. Months 1 to 6 count together, over all the marketplaces we run.
Steps
- Deliver on time what we need: KYC documents, data and approvals. When something is late, we tell you by email at the time, and it counts as your delay.
- Pay your first month before or in the kickoff. Paying it after the kickoff also counts as your delay.
- Spend the ad minimum. On a Takeover in euro, spend at least each live marketplace's own ad minimum a month, or €150 where it has none. Your ads beyond that are an effort, not a duty: e-tailize advises the budget each month, usually 5 to 10% of the revenue there, and spending less is no breach. A Takeover in pounds or dollars, and a Takeover quoted earlier, keep the ad budget their quote sets; the quote decides.
- Within 10 days after month 6 we email you the total new revenue of months 1 to 6, with your two choices if it stays under the line.
What happens next
Under €10,000 in total? You choose, by email within 30 days after month 6:
- We keep working, and months 7 to 9 carry no fixed fee. The share of the revenue runs as usual.
- Or you end the Takeover. You owe nothing for the months after month 6, and you keep every account, free.
No choice within those 30 days means the Takeover continues, with months 7 to 9 free of the fixed fee. Nothing is paid out in cash, and the guarantee does not cover ad spend or third party costs.
Common problems
A delay was on your side. The guarantee applies only if you delivered on time and spent the ad minimum your quote sets. Late KYC, data or approvals, or the first month paid after the kickoff, take it away.
The Takeover ended early. If we end it before month 7 for a material breach not cured within 14 days of our written notice (unpaid invoices included), or for fraud, it lapses.
You signed again. It applies once per client. A Takeover signed again within 12 months after an earlier one ended brings no new Quick Result Guarantee.
FAQ
Is this a promise of revenue?
No. It is a guarantee, not a forecast. Each marketplace decides on admission, and the guarantee says what you get when the start is slow.
Does the ad budget count as new revenue?
No. New revenue is what your customers buy on the marketplaces we run. Your ad spend goes to the marketplace and is not part of our fee.
