Boekskes, based in Uden, has automated their marketplaces with e-tailize. In addition to centralizing its omni-channel strategy, Boekskes has also transferred inventory management and product management to e-tailize.

Business Challenges

Boekskes sells children’s books and children’s book subscriptions. The subscription packages are selected and sent monthly – based on age category and gender. The subscription has a lower price than if you would buy the books separately.

Boekskes sells on both the Belgian and Dutch Bol.com and has the intention to expand to other marketplaces. Dave – the owner of Boekskes – was not looking forward to automate the additional processes (eg stock, order and product management). That’s where e-tailize came in.

Why e-tailize

Boekskes chose e-tailize, among other things, because the customer service provided fast and personal support. Shortly after the start, Dave experienced the speed with which new functionalities were developed and his feedback was taken into account, which instilled the confidence to fully switch to e-tailize.

Processes such as inventory management and product management are now automated or made simple with e-tailize. In addition, expanding to other marketplaces will also become a lot easier for Dave in the future because the foundation for expansion has been set up. Now it’s just a matter of linking up a new marketplace and uploading products!
