Six reasons to pair Joom with e-tailize.
An audience your webshop never sees
Joom is an app habit for millions, and the traffic comes from browsing, not searching. Your range meets buyers who never went looking for your brand.
We test the price level first
Shoppers here compare hard on price. Before anything goes live we work out which part of your range still earns after commission, shipping and VAT.
Product cards built to clear review
Content is checked before an item goes on sale and again after. We map your data to the fields Joom wants, so items reach the shelf fast.
Four business days, every order
The shipping clock starts when payment lands. Orders drop into e-tailize at once, whether you ship yourself or use Joom Logistics.
One PIM behind every channel
Attributes, images and translations live in one catalogue, so a change you make once is a change everywhere.
The same base, 200+ marketplaces and integrations
What you prepare for Joom is the running start for the next channel. Adding one becomes a decision, not a project.

What sells on Joom
The assortment leans to everyday goods at sharp prices: clothing and shoes, beauty, home and kitchen, small electronics, car and hobby items. Volume ranges with a price advantage travel best.
What Joom rules out
The merchant terms carry a long exclusion list: counterfeits, goods brought into the EEA without consent of the rights owner, and anything needing a certificate you cannot show.
Questions sellers ask about Joom.
What does selling on Joom cost?
Registration and listing are free under the merchant terms, so your cost starts when something sells. Joom then takes a share of the item price including VAT, and that share depends on the category. Those rates live in the Take Rate Policy inside the merchant account, not on a public page, so we quote no figure we cannot verify and check yours first. e-tailize comes on top: Toolkit from €229 a month, Expansion from €349, Takeover €1,500 plus a revenue share.
When does Joom pay out?
Payouts run twice a month as a net amount: your item prices minus commission, refunds and compensation owed. The default payment period is 30 calendar days from the shipment date, confirmed by the tracking number, so valid tracking drives your cash flow. Money reaches a bank account, Payoneer or LianLianPay.
How fast do I have to ship an order?
Within four business days after the payment is received, at your own expense. Use your own carrier or Joom Logistics, which covers pickup through to last mile delivery with tracking. Orders reach e-tailize the moment they are placed, so the clock never runs out unnoticed.
What do my listings need to pass moderation?
Content is reviewed before an item is offered for sale and again once it is live. Your product card carries what EU consumer law requires: full product information, guarantee and after sales terms, contact details, and labelling in the language the buyer orders in. We set that up once and keep it right.
Is Joom worth it for my brand?
That depends on your range, your prices and what shipping costs you, not on how well known you are. Whether your brand fits here, and whether the numbers work, is what the free exploration call is for. We hold your categories against real marketplace data and say so if the answer is no.
Why go through e-tailize instead of doing it yourself?
You sell through your own Joom account either way. e-tailize takes the work around it: catalogue, translation, listing quality, stock and order routing from one place. This is how we have helped 1,000+ brands expand to new marketplaces. Once Joom runs, the same base connects to 200+ marketplaces and integrations.
Joom's setup, in plain English.
e-tailize comes in three packages: you do it, we do it together, or we do it for you. Each package moves with your marketplace revenue. Joom asks nothing to register or list and takes its share when an item sells.
Free: the exploration call and the list of marketplaces that fit you. Then you pick a package. Toolkit from €229 a month: you do it. Expansion from €349 a month, the first month at signing: we do it together. Takeover €1,500 a month plus a revenue share: we do it.
Sign up yourself. Rather not? Expansion does
it for you.
Book a free exploration call and you see where your range has room and what it could earn. Expansion from €349 a month, the first month paid at signing, or the Toolkit from €229 if you do it yourself. Once Joom runs, another 200+ marketplaces and integrations wait on the same base.
