Six reasons to pair Lyra with e-tailize.
Your warehouse keeps working in Lyra
Nothing moves out of Lyra. Pickers, locations, batches and walking routes stay as they are. Only the origin of the orders changes.
Every channel lands in one queue
Marketplace orders arrive in Lyra the way webshop orders do, so the floor works one list, not a tab per channel.
One count, everywhere, on the change
What Lyra counts is what your listings show, updated when the count moves, not once a night. Overselling stops being a daily risk.
Tracking travels back on its own
Lyra picks the carrier and prints the label through its own links to PostNL, DHL, GLS and DPD. Shipment and tracking return to the channel that sold.
A return follows the same route as any other
Buyers report their return in the Lyra portal, and a return raised on bol is pulled in through the link, into the workflow your team knows.
Built for shipping on behalf of others
Lyra adds fulfilment clients for free and prices every action on the invoice itself, so marketplace volume for a brand costs no admin evening.

What the connection handles
The traffic between e-tailize and Lyra once the link is live: automatic, both ways, matched on the EAN.
What stays inside Lyra
The warehouse stays Lyra territory. e-tailize hands over the order and reads the result back, never touching your floor.
Questions sellers ask about Lyra.
What does Lyra cost, and what does e-tailize cost on top?
Lyra publishes packages from €149 per month for webshops and from €449 per month for fulfilment warehouses, both plus €0.35 per order, with unlimited users and connections, no minimum term and a free first 7 days. e-tailize sits alongside from €249 per month, with a fee that follows the new marketplace revenue.
What syncs between Lyra and e-tailize, and in which direction?
Products, stock, orders, shipments and tracking, each in a fixed direction. Orders and product data run from your channels into Lyra. Stock counts, shipments and tracking run back out. You pick the routes in Settings, Stock & Order Management, senders on the left, receivers along the top.
How quickly does stock reach my listings?
On the change, not on a nightly batch. Correct a count in Lyra or let an order come in, and Lyra sends the new level for that product to e-tailize, which forwards it to every channel you switched on.
How do I set up the connection?
Ask your Lyra representative for your API key. In e-tailize go to Settings, Connections, New Connection, choose WMS, pick Lyra, paste the key and name the connection. Save, then switch the routes on. A few minutes of work.
Does my warehouse team have to learn a new system?
No. Picking, packing, batches, inbound, stock counts and returns stay in Lyra, in the workflow your team knows. The only difference: orders from new channels appear in the queue they work today.
Who prints the labels, and what happens with returns?
Lyra does both, and e-tailize replaces neither. Lyra picks the carrier and prints the label through its own links, and buyers report a return in the Lyra portal. A return raised on bol is pulled in through the same link.
