Connect Stockhub.

Stockhub is the warehouse system your team already works in, from receiving and locations to pick streams, packing and returns. e-tailize sits on top, carries that catalogue and available stock to 200+ marketplaces, and routes the orders back into the same pick list.

The short answer

How do you connect Stockhub to marketplaces?

You keep Stockhub as your warehouse system and add e-tailize as the channel layer above it. The connection goes in like any other Stockhub integration, on credentials, which Stockhub documents as minutes of work needing no technical knowledge. After that your catalogue goes out, available stock keeps every listing honest in near real time, marketplace orders drop in as pickable work, and tracking travels back.

Benefits of integrating

Six reasons to pair Stockhub with e-tailize.

Your team keeps the system it knows

Nothing on the floor changes. Pickers keep scanning in the Stockhub app, the office keeps its screens.

One available quantity, everywhere

When the warehouse picks the last unit, every channel hears it from the warehouse instead of from a cancelled order.

No more retyping between tabs

Marketplace orders land in Stockhub as pickable work. Multiply a copy and paste route by a dozen channels and mistakes pile up fast.

Shipment status goes back on its own

Once the label is made, the tracking code travels back to the buyer, protecting the delivery metrics channels score.

One product base above the warehouse

Stockhub knows where a product sits. e-tailize holds the content and attributes each channel demands, so adding the next one is configuration, not another build.

Questions sellers ask about Stockhub.

What does Stockhub cost, and what does e-tailize cost on top?

Stockhub publishes its plans: the webshop line from EUR 143 per month for 2000 orders, the fulfilment line from EUR 200 for 1000 orders plus EUR 0,25 each extra, both stepping up with volume. Every plan states unlimited users, warehouses and connections. e-tailize comes on top from EUR 249 per month, the fee following new marketplace revenue.

What syncs, in which direction, and how often?

Four flows. Products and their content go out. Available stock keeps every listing accurate in near real time, the behaviour Stockhub documents for its own connections. Marketplace orders come back as pickable work. Tracking and return corrections travel out again, so nobody pastes a code.

Do I have to leave Stockhub or change how the warehouse works?

No, and that is the point. Stockhub stays your source of truth for stock. Receiving, locations, pick streams, counting, packing, the warehouse app and the returns portal keep running as now. e-tailize sits above it, never in place of it.

Will this stop me overselling?

That is the main reason sellers connect the two. Stockhub knows what is genuinely on the shelf and e-tailize pushes that quantity to every listing. On a channel you barely watch, that is the gap between shipping and cancelling.

What happens to returns and stock corrections?

A marketplace return is handled where every other return is, in Stockhub, through its own returns portal. The corrected quantity feeds back into available stock and from there out to the channels, so a returned unit becomes sellable again without anyone editing a listing.

Stockhub already connects to some channels itself. Why add e-tailize?

Those connections move orders and stock, the warehouse half of the job. e-tailize covers the commercial half: one catalogue with the content, attributes and translations each channel demands, plus 200+ marketplaces ready from that base.

How long does connecting Stockhub take?

The connection itself is a credentials step, live in minutes. What takes real time is the catalogue: complete product data, barcodes and content each channel accepts. We do that with you, and once done it is done for every next marketplace.

Costs & conditions

Stockhub's setup, in plain English.

Stockhub charges its own monthly plan, published per order volume for webshops and for fulfilment companies. e-tailize is one program on top for every channel: you pay along with the marketplace revenue we build together, not per product or per connection.

The exploration call and the marketplace scan are both free. The program starts at โ‚ฌ249 per month, paid at signing, and the fee follows the new marketplace revenue we create together. Cancel any month.
