Fair Use Policy

1. Included use

e-tailize pricing includes unlimited users and orders for normal business use. What your existing marketplaces cost depends on your package and is stated in your quote. Your quote covers an agreed number of products, 5,000 on a standard quote; above that e-tailize may charge an additional fee, always discussed with you first and applied only once confirmed in writing.

We do not use fair use as a hidden fee per seat or per order.

2. Extreme outliers

We only reach out if usage is far beyond typical patterns, for example extreme order or product volumes, or unusually heavy use of the AI features (see section 4).

The purpose is to keep the platform reliable and fair for every customer.

3. Before anything changes

We will always talk to you before anything changes. We review actual usage together and agree any adjustment with at least 30 days notice.

If extreme usage continues after consultation, e-tailize may apply reasonable technical limits or, for AI usage, offer additional AI tokens or image packs as described in section 4.

4. AI usage

The e-tailize software includes a monthly AI allowance: a budget of AI tokens for features such as content enrichment, translations and listing preparation, sized for normal use of the product count agreed in your quote. Image AI is not counted in tokens but in generated images, as described below.

Image AI: every account includes 25 generated images per calendar month for free, shared by all users of the account; unused images do not carry over. Need more? Buy a pack in the software at the pack prices shown there (today between €0.65 and €1.00 per image excl. VAT, the bigger the pack the lower the price per image). You are invoiced at purchase, and we never charge anything you did not buy.

Credits stay valid while your subscription runs and are not refundable. Two exceptions: they count as amounts paid under the guarantee terms in your order form, and if we end the agreement without cause on your side or stop offering AI image editing, you get the unused part back at the price you paid. A generated image counts even if you discard it; a failed generation does not. AI output can contain mistakes: check every image before you publish it.

The size of the allowance, the features it covers and the rates can change for all customers; the current allowance is always shown in the software, so no separate notice is needed. Questions about AI usage can be sent to support@e-tailize.com.

The 30-day notice in section 3 does not apply to the size of the AI allowance. The text AI allowance stays sized for normal use of the product count agreed in your quote; the image AI allowance is a flat 25 generated images per account per calendar month, the same on every plan and independent of the product count.
