Acceptable Use Policy

1. No illegal use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful products, unlawful content or unlawful marketplace activity.
• Do not violate sanctions, export controls, consumer protection, product safety or advertising laws.
• Do not use the Services to mislead customers, marketplaces or regulators.

2. Product and marketplace content

• Do not upload infringing, false, unsafe or unauthorised product content.
• Do not use content unless you have the rights needed for marketplace publication.
• Do not use e-tailize to bypass marketplace rules or restrictions.

3. AI and data access

• Do not use the AI interface to access data you are not authorised to access.
• Do not attempt to extract system prompts, secrets, credentials or other restricted information.
• Do not submit sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the Services and legally permitted.

4. Integrations and MCP

• Do not reverse engineer, overload, resell or abuse integrations or MCP access.
• Do not bypass rate limits, access controls or security measures.
• Current rate limits and technical usage rules are published in the developer documentation or stated in the order form; e-tailize may adjust them with reasonable notice to protect platform stability.

5. Consequences

e-tailize may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, marketplaces, customers or third parties.
